Lloyd/Flanders Wicker Series
What is Covered?
This warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials of the
Lloyd/Flanders product.
A separate warranty applies to our fabrics.
How long does the warranty last?
This warranty remains in force for three years from the date of
purchase.
Any instance of abnormal or abusive use of the furniture will not be
covered by this warranty.
How do you get service?
- Locate your dated proof
of purchase, as well as the model number, color, and serial
number of your wicker piece.
Your receipt should list the model number, color, and quantity
of pieces purchased.
The serial number is a seven digit number located on a decal on
the underside of the frame.
Pictures may also be needed to help the Lloyd/Flanders quality
control department determine problem areas.
- Contact your
Lloyd/Flanders dealer. The dealer will identify or verify the
problem and notify Lloyd/Flanders.
If your dealer is no longer in business, any authorized dealer
can assist you.

list, or call (800) 526-9894, ext 258. Warranty resolution
will be handled by your dealer.
What will we do to correct problems?
We will repair or, at our option, replace any part of the
product or the entire product if it is defective
in material or workmanship. Repair or replacement will be made
at no cost to you.
If it is necessary to return the product to the factory, you
must pay the freight cost to and from the factory.
We may require inspection by a factory representative prior to
repair or replacement authorization by the factory.
How does state law relate to this warranty?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state.

What is
Covered?
If your Lloyd/Flanders Aluminum frame fails structurally or if the
finish peels or blisters
within 12 years from the date of purchase, we will replace, repair,
or refinish the frame
in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color
and style if the original
has been discontinued. Replacement, repairing, or refinishing,
including parts and labor,
will be done without charge to you. If a strap breaks within 12
years from the date of purchase,
a replacement strap will be sent to you at no charge upon the
receipt of the broken strap.
The strap will be replaced in the original color and style if
available,
or in a similar color and style if the original has been
discontinued.
Purchased parts, cushions, wicker panel, fabrics, umbrellas, and
fasteners are covered by a one-year warranty.
What is Lloyd/Flanders commitment to you?
This warranty is extended by Lloyd/Flanders Industries to the
original owner
and applies to all Lloyd/Flanders Aluminum products manufactured by
Lloyd/Flanders Industries.
What is not covered?
This warranty does not cover the failure of your furniture if
damaged by fire, acts of nature (such as freezing),
commercial use, or failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use.
In no event shall Lloyd/Flanders be liable for shipping or packaging
charges to or from our factory.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization from
Lloyd/Flanders Industries.
Lloyd/Flanders reserves the right to determine replacement,
repairing, or refinishing of authorized returns.
